My name is Kelvin and I'm from Singapore.
I started selling on Ebay about 1 year ago (Ebay ID: nivlek2009) but have always wanted to run my own ecommerce site. This is my first attempt.
I may be a "new kid on the block" but that does not mean that I take my business lightly. I believe that the customer always comes first and that providing excellent customer service is the key to success for any business.
Customers can expect an email from me upon completion of their purchases, updating them on the status of their orders. I can also be contacted via the 'ask seller a question' link within all item listings and would be more than happy to answer any questions pertaining to products, purchases or technical issues. Emails will be replied within 3 days (usually less).
Also, please do contact me if there are issues with the purchased products and I will either send you a replacement or issue you a refund.
My Ebay feedback (customer reviews) can be viewed by using the 'Advanced' Search option on Ebay, searching 'By seller' and keying 'nivlek2009'.
